Not sure what to say?

Roger was a great asset to the medical community as well as our community in general. I have many fond memories of our time at the Manatee Eye Clinic.

Single Memorial Tree

Dr. Meyer and his wife Judy were friends of my family, particularly my father Bill, to whom he was very kind. On behalf of my brothers and me, our most heartfelt condolences. He was a wonderful person!

I knew Dr Meyer only as a patient but his wonderful smile and gentle manner made me feel safe as I was young and nervous. I did not know he had a military background but am not surprised. He had an interesting life. My condolences to his family and friends.

Met Roger at Christ Episcopal Church in 1974. Enjoyed many community events and social occasions as we professed in our professional lives. Always a smile and respect. A significant contributor to life in Bradenton from church, fishing and boating connections. Best wishes and condolences to Judith and family.

He was a good man and a charming gentleman to all. I´ll miss him. Ron Travis.

I cared a lot for Uncle Roger very much. He and his team operated on my eyes in 1972 to help correct muscle problems. After the surgery they gave up there master bedroom for me to recover in. He put a TV straight in front of me so that I would not have to move my eyes back and forth as much. I grateful appreciate everything he did for me! Thank you so much Uncle Roger!

Judy and family, I am a dental hygienist for Dr. L Eastman where Dr. Meyer was my patient for at least 25 years. He was so loved by us all at the office especially me. He had great jokes that made me blush! A wonderful man that loved his family and talked about you all often. Some people come into your life to make a difference. He made a difference in mine. He will be missed immensely Condolences. Chris Ponto CRDH
