Too many words I have lost...some insightful, some funny and some too full of love to be described by words. I will love many more but only one more than he. The lord brought me through these dark days but I can't help but think that my dad was elbowing him in the ribs along the way. For my good friend Roger Miller, he was more than a friend to me he was a Brother, a Mentor and true American hero. I met Roger in Detroit in 1988, Roger and I later taught at the INS Academy and then we served in Miami at MIA. In 1998, I moved to Washington State where I retired from CBP. Roger and I kept in touch however; it was not as often as it should have been. I considered Roger to be as close as a brother and my best friend. Roger was a man that had a kind word for everyone and...
