I am so sad by Dr. Nichols passing. He was my doctor for many, many years. He gave me a Bible more than 30 years ago, I still have it. He was a wonderful doctor and had the greatest sense of humor. He always had a twinkle in his eyes. My sincere condolences to his family.

He was my brothers ENT and a great caring Dr. Very intelligent. RIP IN HEAVEN

I pray God will give you strength and peace during the days and weeks to come. Janet Caruthers (David´s widow) Butts
