Roger D. Niemisto

He was a glass half full individual. He always looked at the positives of a situation and got along with everyone. We often worked out issues to the betterment of both HP and Maintained and the rest of the plant in a cooperative effort (win-win). He also was a great resource when I went into Maint and was tasked with performance improvement. He supported improvement whenever it was needed. A very good supervisor and co-worker. My condolences to his family.

What a grand soft spoken individual Roger was as he related very well with everyone. Roger's mannerism as a Maintenance foreman at the Point Beach Nuclear plant could defuse just about any misunderstanding. Rogers smiling face as he entered the control room to outline maintenances plans for the day always made Operators feel confident and reassured that he understood the activity and was always looking out for the overall teams efforts at the plant.
