Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear about Roger's passing. I was concerned because I never heard anything at Christmas as usual. Roger was a wonderful man and a blessing to all whose lives he touched. Lois Bakken, Pullman, WA (son Dave is typing for her .... she has no computer)

From Sweden
We remember Roger from the tree visit that he and Joyce come to us in our house.
We had even a lot of remembers when we visited Roger and Joyce in Portland.
Joyce, Make the best of your life.
Our best regards
Håkan o Birgitta

Roger was in my docent training class (2009) at the Portland Art Museum. He was always so kind, and he often asked me about the choir I sing in, Oregon Repertory Singers. Rest in peace, Roger.

Roger will be dearly missed by his fellow choir members and other friends at Augustana. His hearty laugh and tenor voice enhanced choir rehearsals. I will miss him leading the congregation in singing the psalm on Sundays and assisting at worship services. At lunch after church at Applebee's or McMenemin's, he enjoyed a beer and sharing lunch with Joyce. Sunday lunch will not be the same without him. Thanks to the Lord for calling him home but for sharing him with us for a little while.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family as a special person in your lives has passed - may the memories always be cherished. Bless you all, All of us at 3 Kings Environmental.

I remember Roger from the Portland Art Museum Docent training class of 2009. He was a very interested participant and enjoyed doing tours for school age kids. I hope the family has many good memories of Roger and his life.

Elaine Molskness, Portland Art Museum Docent

Roger will be missed by all of us at HPP, especially the 8th floor. I send my love and condolences to Joyce and their children.
