ROGER PASCAL

During the year since Rog's death, I have often thought of him and our times together. As his family undoubtedly has done with greater frequency.. Perhaps it is helpful to them to know that others do, too.

My name too is Roger Pascal. We communicated briefly many years ago via texts. Many coincidences. My ex wife was named DIANE, my middle name is Charles and my brother went to U of Michigan. My sincere condolences to his family on his passing

Rog and I were close friends during high school. Rog introduced me to modern jazz. We often went to the Gate of Horn on the Near North Side. It was a folk music spot except on Monday nights, when it was a meeting place for rising jazz musicians who sat in with each other improv-style. Rog and I were often there together, witnessing the beginning of careers that later became legendary.

Roger Pascal was a wonderful brilliant lawyer. His contributions both legal and social made this world a better place for generations to come. Condolences to the Pascal family.

Roger was a great lawyer and a great guy. I litigated several cases where Roger represented a co- party. You could not ask for a better lawyer to work with, or to spend time with.
