Roger was a great boss. When I started working with him, he was patient, very kind. The best boss I ever had. Hard to believe he is gone.... I was the only female in the warehouse. He always made sure I did not get heavy jobs. I respected him.

Your sense of humor is missed. God bless you and your family.

My sincere condolences to the Rector family. It is so sad to lose parts of the family and so close together. I did not know Roger personally as I did know his brothers. Sorry for your loss.

It was an honor to work with such a truly wonderful person. My prayers are with the family and other friends. His loss has created a deep hole. I know he is in God's hands and watching out for the rest of us, as he always did.
