Not sure what to say?

I recall when Roger sat at the front reception desk at the new FirstBank. He welcomed me and agreed to loan me enough to start my medical practice. $1200 seemed like a fortune and no other bank would help me. As the years went on he became a friend , patient and financial advisor. As the Lakewood Family Medical Clinic grew he helped my partners with the practice, our new office building and even our homes.
Roger was a fine man and husband and father. It was a privilege to know him and...

Just heard about Roger. Sorry to hear about the passing of Roger. I caddied for Roger for a number of years back in the 1980's at the Lakewood Country Club and he invited me many times to play golf with him. The 1 Iron, only God and Roger could hit, LOL. I spoke with him over the years and he was always gracious. I founded my business on integrity and honesty, something I believed Roger had and relayed onto people he met or even mentored. One of a kind, he will be missed by many.

Rodger Dodger, loved your sense of humor and the love you had with Margaret and your kindness...you taught us all so much and I know you will look after Margaret and "the girl's" from above and you won the "best handshake award". Patrice

To my Uncle Rod, Aunt Margaret, Mary Sue and Nancy,
Every time I hear Uncle Rod and Aunt Margaret a flood of memories come back.
It's unfortunate that sometimes families move to other locations and can't see each other as often as possible. The time that I spent growing up with your family has put an everlasting loving spot in my heart. Your family is the most generous family I have ever met. You all will be rewarded in Heaven for loving time on earth. I love you all and will keep...

Roger gave me a loan of $1200 to start my practice and begin the Lakewood Family Clinic. He continued to support us over the years. It was always my honor to care for him and his family, and considered him a friend. He was a fine man of integrity and an example to me.
May God comfort his family.
Jim and Janet Shane

I will always remember your kind and gentle ways. You will be missed, not only by myself, but all the people whose lives you have touched.
