Not sure what to say?

Roger contacted me many years ago because of the coincidence of our common name. He decided that we were founding members of the "Roger Schechter" Club. We stayed in touch via email over the years that followed, exchanging holiday greetings and the like. While I did not know him well, it was obvious that he enjoyed his work, his hobbies, and most importantly his family. I hope you are all comforted by warm memories at this very difficult time.

I offer my condolences to Roger's family. I am stunned and sad. I often spoke to Roger and worked with him on many projects, although we worked in different offices (Princeton and Roseland). We had an affinity for each other. I admire his qualities and great talent. He often spoke with pride about his family.
Roger will be missed. His memory is with me and my prayers are with you.

We are shocked and saddened that you are no longer here. We will always remember you as a special and unique individual with many talents. Our days in Verona sharing cappuccinos and laughter with you and Mary will always be my favorites.
