SHAUGER, Roger J. - Of St. Helen, formerly of Burton, age 39, died Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Saturday, October 1, 2005 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Ken W. Peterson officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Visitation 11AM-8PM Friday at the funeral home. Roger was born in Flint, Michigan on December 24, 1965. He married Tracie Harris on December 29, 2000 in Tennessee. Surviving are wife, Tracie; children, Aaron, Amanda and Abbie Shauger, all of California and Zachary Harris of St. Helen; 1 grandson, Ayden; parents, Reldon Shauger of Flint and Violet Sova of Cheboygan, Michigan; 2 brothers, Ron and Joe of Flint; mother-in-law, Jean Harris of Flushing; sister-in-law, Stacie and Bob Dunsmore of Flushing; many aunts, uncles and nieces. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Charles Harris, in 2002.
