Roger Lee “Bub” Stutler (Greathouse), 73, of Spencer, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord October 24, 2024.
He was born January 25, 1951, at Spencer, the son of the late Bill and Lavis Wright Greathouse.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathy Clegg and Barb McCroskey.
Survivors include siblings, Pam Carpenter of Spencer, Mary and Jimmy Greathouse of Akron, Ohio and Bobby Greathouse of Florida; multiple nieces and nephews.
His pastimes include fishing and watching wrestling.
Bub worked mowing yards in and around Spencer for many years. He retired from Summit Developmental Disabilities, Barberton, Ohio.
He enjoyed being with family and friends to laugh and joke. Bub will be forever missed by many.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor John Cummings officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Gay, W.Va.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service.
