I attended high school with Roger and we both participated in Speech. A great guy. Also, he was in the same fraternity as my husband. Jerry was a senior when Roger was a freshman. Jerry was the president his senior year. Now I read that Roger was the president his senior year. Two great guys from Hillsboro High School.

I´ve known Roger for more than 75 wonderful years. He was a great friend and classmate and will be sincerely missed.

In the many years I knew Roger, I never once saw him mad at anything or anyone. Even though life dealt him an unfair blow, he always saw the bright side of life. We will miss his warmth.

Roger and I have attended the same church for years. For the last 10 years we have been neighbors. A wonderful person who had great stories to share.

Roger was a soldier who significantly contributed to our Army and the 104th Division. I am so glad that I got to know him and greatly value the time I was able to spend with him. RIP Roger.
