Marlise and Roger have been my Neighbors for the last 10 years. They loved my dogs Izzy and Cheezball. I think Roger like Cheezball the best. Roger will be missed but not forgotten. They are such dear friends and I will keep Roger’s memory in my heart and thoughts. What a great life and great person.

Roger H. Unger, M.D., was a visionary endocrinologist and preeminent authority on diabetes. A longtime Professor of Internal Medicine, a preeminent authority on glucagon and the development of diabetes, he was the founding Director of the Touchstone Center for Diabetes Research at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
