Not sure what to say?

Roger, You always had a way of touching everyone's heart and putting a smile on everyone's face around you. I feel blessed that I had the honor of knowing you. Good to know we have an Angel in you watching from above. Love and blessings to the entire family at this difficult time.

He was a great man and I so enjoyed seeing him at Orlando Magic games. He will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Roger was a member of the Carthage, Mo Cardinals of the KOM league in 1948. He was one of the few living survivors of that team and I express my condolences to the family at this time on behalf of his former teammates.

John Hall --KOM league historian

A ''Special'' Uncle has died. Uncle Rog, my daughter Melinda, always remembers you as ''that Special Uncle from Bradenton'', FL. We visited you and Aunt Thelma one time when Melinda was about 6yrs old. Aunt Thelma was gone away at the time but you had Melinda laughing and giggling as you were telling her 'knock, knock' jokes. It was so much fun and when we were driving back to our motel, she says you were her ''Special Uncle'' cause you were happy to see us and made her feel special. I will...

Thanks Dad for everything you have done for me and the family. You are the best!

My sympathies toThelma and family. I remember Roger and family so well when we were members at Hope church. The world would be a much better place if there were a lot more Rogers and Thelma's With Christian love Jim dykgraaf

I will always remember Uncle Rog as a very giving person and god will be thrilled to have him in his house. Our sympathies go out to Aunt Thelma and family.
