My belated condolences. I was so shocked to hear about Roger's death when I went to work at Sentara Norfolk General Special Care Nursery. He used to transfer infant's to us from all over the Tidewater Area while working at CHKD. Then I further realized, that he was my neighbor. I was heartbroken. I was so very sorry to hear of your loss. We were out of town, and heard when we got back.

We are truly saddened to hear of the loss of Mr. Vaughn. He was such a wonderful volunteer at Pembroke Meadows and everyone could see that he was a wonderful husband and father. His influence and example will be remembered forever.
