Not sure what to say?

Roger was my lawyer and a man who helped me change my life. Not just as my lawyer, but as a strong man who offered ' tough love' when he knew i needed it decades ago. Thank you Roger and i hope we meet again someday so i can shake your hand. Andy Green

I am not able to respond to many of the kind messages I have received about Roger. The Guest Book does not work like email. All of your words have been very comforting to me. I think about Roger everyday and I know one of his joys was taking the ladies out to lunch. It was his generous nature. He always paid for lunch. He really liked doing things for others. He didn't need much for himself and he was always a soft touch for someone who needed a helping hand.

I just saw that Roger passed away over a year and half ago. I did not know. I worked in the same office building as Roger for more than 20 years and even after he retired and left he would come back and visit and we would go to lunch a couple times a year (always his treat). He was always kind, supported others and many times talked about his trials and tribulations. Marlene, he was truly happy when I knew him and I remember the story of how the two of you met. I've thought about him...

I had thought about Roger many times this year and have wanted to get together for one of our rare lunches. I just found this and didn't realize he had passed. I'm so sorry for your loss Marlene and Roger's many extended family. He talked about you and how much he enjoyed your life together. He was a great boss and was a good hearted man. While I haven't seen him for years, he left a big impact on my life. I'll always treasure the time I worked with him.

Roger was a very interesting man...and fun. One time when office-mates were going out to lunch and I rode in the back seat of his car, the seat belt wouldn't open when we arrived at the restaurant. When Roger realized I was still in the car and why, he just cut the seat belt off me! When my son died unexpectedly, he hurt to the core. He was very kind.

Marlene I was so sorry to hear of the death of your husband. My sympathy on the loss of your husband. Thinking of you and our time working together.

It was interesting sharing law office space with Roger for so many years. He was good-hearted and wanted to help anyone in need. Marlene and Family, so sorry for your loss, but you have memories, many memories to hold dear. Best to you going forward.
