Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with yall. Roger's smile and laugh was very contagious and would make every feel good. I know he will be greatly missed.

The "unique" laugh, snowmobiling at Tip-up-Town and the snow-plow Chevette. Roger taking my entire family up for helicopter rides one at a time - and my wife opening the door that fell off! A great friend that touched all of us and will be missed. Our thoughts are with Rogers family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roger over a year ago, when he was working at Effinghams Air Evac. He was kinda quiet guy until you got to know him better, than lookout...the stories he'd tell. My co-workers and I got to see Roger a few days before this happened, we had a good time catching up on what we had missed since he moved over to Ind. we all sat and talked for a few hours before he had to leave. Roger & Ann, Dino's Dugout, September 2004

My thoughts and prayers are with the Warrens and Mehringers, and all Roger's friends and co-workers. Roger was an exceptional man who brought us so much joy, laughter and energy. He left us with many wonderful memories and his spirit will live in our hearts forever. I know we all have many memories that will make us smile, if not laugh out loud:-)

I just want you to know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. From reading about your son you will have many wonderful memories of his full life. Right now that may seem out of the question. I still know from time to time that Jim is with me. My daughter and I still see a butterfly that comes and sits close to us when we are out on our patios. Just know you all are in my prayers.

Mr. & Mrs. Warren, your son Roger was a bright, shining beam of light in my life. His spirit, smile and giving nature will be missed so very much. He was able to make people smile in even the worst of times, and it is those memories that will be cherished through the difficult times we now face without him. He will forever be in our hearts and forever missed. Our love to you.
