Roger has been a good friend since our growing up years in Shipshewana and beyond. Baseball, basketball, and social activities kept us close as we fought for the "Scotties", and even endeared ourselves to the Cubs. The community of Shipshewana has greatly benefited by Roger's decision to stay home for his lifetime of work and service. His loyalty and service as a leader will always be remembered and treasured. Roger knew the Lord and we will meet again on that reunion day!

I was so sorry to hear that Mr.Yoder had died. I met him about 6 yrs. ago when i was hired in working for the town. i had never seen anyone so involved in their community as Roger but always took the time to talk to you.My prayers go out to Marolyn and her family .
