Not sure what to say?

Remembering Roger and what a wonderful caring person he was. He and Bob can go fishing with the master of the sea and enjoy all the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

From one sailor to to another, a Sailors Prayer. For fair winds and a following sea The smell of salt in the air, The feel of their skin as it's touched by the spray An albatross soaring above, Dolphins in the ship's wake at play To witness a work of art that only God can create, The sunset at the end of the day At night a million stars in the sky, Safe anchorage in an islands lee When the time comes to die as for all it must, To awake in Sailors Heaven where nothing ever rusts And always...

Uncle Roger was a wonderful man. He was always so cheerful and made me laugh. He had a great attitude in life, and I'm sure his spirit will be with us all. He will be missed.

Roger will be missed-he was a very compassionate person. Happy all the time. He was always ready to give you anythng he could to make your life easier. Friends and family-we need to keep in better contact-as the song goes "It's to late when we die."

Roger was a close friend since our days of growing up together in Bernhards Bay. We shared a locker all through high school. We also spent a lot of time together while we were in the Navy. I was his best man when he married Claudia.

Roger was always a funny uncle and great career Navy man. I still remember the hunting trips and helping me tear down the old Model T garage. I'll miss him.

Uncle Roger will be missed. That he accepted Christ as savior and is now in heaven however is a great joy. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He was in pain here. He has a perfected body now. Praise God!

To the family of Roger :
I grew up with him and he
