I worked with Roland at Multnomah County Juvenile Justice for 10 years. He was a big man with a big heart. He worked the night shift so he could coach which he loved. He was as big as a mountain and steady as a rock, great with troubled kids and I know he was an inspiring coach. My sincere condolences to his family and players. Robbie Steeves
