Not sure what to say?

Roland, You were my favorite new client of Westamerica Banl. A true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Always a willing donor of a hole in one MBZ for Westamerica's Golf Tournament for Special Oly,mpics and Guide Dogs. You always drove your newest MBZ to the bank to give me ride. I retired in 2000, but I'll never forget the experiences we shared and the role model you were for me. Rest in peace, you will be missed.

Roland, you put Mercedes on the map in this area!
As the Zone Service Manager for the San Francisco Zone, it was always a pleasure to work with you.
Besides the business relationships, there were the personal interactions which meant a lot and will be treasured for ever.
Otto (and Trudi) Hofmann

Roland, you put Mercedes on the map in this area!As the Zone Service Manager for Mercedes I and you had a wonderful relationship, the memories of which I will cherish for ever!

Dear Beverly, I am thinking of you and sending love, Gay Ord Pollock Lynch

In 1988 I was 18 yo and worked for R.A.B. as a summer job. One of my jobs was driving the Mercedes courtesy car (fun). I met many interesting Marin residents/characters to say the least. Mr. Bacci's work ethic was impressionable on many and certainly me, as he was always attending to the quality details of the operation. He was years ahead of his time because he was defining the customer "Experience" far beyond anyone's imagination. Thank you!

Beverly and family, I was saddened to learn of Roland's passing. He had a great influence on me and I have always appreciated his guidance. He treated me like a son.

Jack Fitzpatrick and family

Mr. Bacci will truly be missed. I will always remember him for the light in his eyes when he laughed, the wonderful stories he would share, and for making me feel like part of the family. He had such a full life, and touched so many people. He was an amazing man.

My deepest sympathies and love go out to his entire family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

SO SAD TO HEAR A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND FRIEND I WILL MISS OUR TALKS BUT A PLEASURE TO WORK FOR RAB WITH HIM.

One of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. A great, kind man who will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace. Prayers to his wonderful family.
