Roland was born on February 25, 1934 and passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. Roland was a resident of Dover, New Hampshire at the time of passing. Roland retired from the United States Air Force in 1977 after 23 years of service. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Wiggin Purdy McCooey Dion Funeral Home with Deacon Robert Gagnon officiating. Interment will be immediately following at Pine Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association.
Your love of family, service to country and community, and hilarious sense of humor, will forever serve as an example for me and our entire family. I'll consider my life a success if I turn out to be half the father to my kids as you were to me. Miss you every single day Dad. Love you!!!!
