Not sure what to say?

I remember going over to the house in Springfield, at the time I may have not liked it, but I have so many great memories with him and now that I look back and think about it.He brought so much to this family and will be missed.

Mr. Joyal had a huge impact on my life when I was a student at Tech High. He recognized that there may be a future in the then-new computer technology, and advocated for getting a time-sharing terminal linked to the Dartmouth College computer in a little room at Tech, and made it available to budding geeks like me, Harold Kadansky and Chuck Malloch to hang out and learn computer programming.... I met Roland at my place of work. He was a kind man and it was always a pleasure to interact with him and his family. Still missing our fun hangouts on the patio and having him sit next to me as I play the piano.

Our sincere condolences for everyone from the Smiths, Kristie, Jen, JoAnn and Myself. Your dad had me at Tech and then was at Central without daughters! During all the soccer seasons and beyond he was a good friend!

Sorry for your loss

Our sympathies to all the Joyal, Brunton and extended families. A good man and a fine example to all. He is now reunited with his loving wife, Kathy, and all who have gone before him. May God give you comfort as you celebrate Roland's wonderful life.
