What a great all around, down to earth kind of gentleman. Very humble in his style and disposition.
Over the years I was exposed to a few lessons on his cajun cooking. Believe me, one of a kind. One of my favorites was his "taste test". As he put it you won't be wrong and you'll get it right ever time.
A lot of organizations, fund raisers, clubs and most of all, I think, the
