First, We would like to offer our thoughts and prayers to "Liz" and all the family, I worked with "Van" for over 30 years at the Chemung County Highway Dept. He was a friendly and robust individual who was a hard worker and energetic. Linda had 6 of his many grandkids in her day care in our home. We regret we didn't spend more time with him and Liz. We may have been able to relieve some of the pressure off Liz if we had spent less time on our own life problems. We know Van is in a far better...
