We will miss Rolly at family gatherings and as a presence in our lives. We have many memories of sharing occasions with him, beginning with John and Leone's wedding weekend in Ann Arbor.
It is sad to lose a loved one emotionally before death finally comes. We saw this with my mother and Gil's brother, too.
