Not sure what to say?

Woody was one of a kind. He was a giving person. He would tell us things of his childhood, some good and some bad but he would share if we asked. He was one of my favorite uncles and he will be missed dearly.

Woody was like a dad to me for 3 years. He gave me a good education on construction work. We will miss him at our reunions and Bluegrass Festivals. I still have the gun he sold to me for 10 dollars, so I have a keepsake that I will cherish. He was an uncle we could confide in for alot of things. we will keep the rest of the family in our thoughts & prayers. Ben & Connie

We will all remember Woody as a funny, always laughing, and always had good humor. My dad, Ben always told us how he got to live with Woody for 4yrs and worked with him. He was always thankful to Woody for that time and has stories to tell. He will be missed. You are all in our prayers. Love and God Bless

My deepest sympathies to Lynda, Julie and family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

In our prayers....

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Woody as a very funny and caring person. Every time he would come to the family get togethers he would tell great stories and would always make us laugh. He will be missed......Lynda and family will be in our prayers....

Woody was a good friend and marvelous craftsman.
I have very fond memories of him with his deceased wife, Esther; and with his warm and outgoing, present wife, Lynda.
Our "friendly" Euchre games were always full of laughter, and our visit to his relatives in Amish country will always bring us a good feeling.
We have many quilts that his sister, Pearl made and they will always remind us of Woody and his family.
His children are all unique and special in their own way and...
