Rolf Buchanan Dyce

I recently was talking about my early days at Equatorial. I worked with Rolf and traveled with him as well. I met Carol when we were in Germany on a trip to Munich. We traveled throughout Europe together and got to know them. I attended their wedding on the ship out on the San Francisco Bay. I have many memories like horseback riding through Austria. Dr Dyce and his wife Carole introduced me to Calvin & Hobbes as a teenager in Hong Kong. For this I am eternally grateful. That and the advice to eat a banana every day, which I tey to adhere to. Rolf and Carole were good friends to my parents Roger and Mary Clark, Rolf a colleague of my father's. He was a gentleman, someone whose warmth and intellect shone through.
