Roman Grothaus

I will forever remember how kind and sweet of a man he was. I can remember his smile and excitement when Roman lll would bring his friends over to visit when we were in high school. He was always welcoming and generous. He made us feel comfortable and enjoyed our conversations and I always felt he accepted us as individuals. Lori, so sorry for your loss. I cant imagine what you are feeling right now, but know Im praying for you and the rest of the Grothaus family.

I will always see Roman as a second father. He was seen as the patriarch of our block. He always had nice things to say to me, and I always had profound respect for him. Anytime I think of him, I can only smile and that the Lord for having such an amazing man,father, and human being in my life. I am a better man because of my experience of him. I will miss you. Rest in Peace sir.
