I'm sorry to learn of Romy's passing. Though it's been many years, I remember him as a fine US Customs officer/agent many years ago when we worked along the Texas/Mexico border. I was happy to reconnect with him decades later on Facebook. He was a well respected law enforcement professional. I hope his passing was easy. My condolences to his family and friends!!
