Ron Brunson

Mr. Brunson was my Webelos leader and Scout Master for four years. We had our Webelos meeting every week at the Brunson house for a year before moving to the scout hut at Arcata park. He was good and generous with his time.

Nancy and family, I am very sad to hear that Ron has passed away. Charlie and I have moved to North Carolina or I would be at the memorial service in August. We will pray for the Lord's comforting support of you and the family during this time of sorrow.

I'm saddened at Ron's passing. We met and became friends in 1957 while attending what was then Humboldt State College. We rented rooms downstairs in the "Williams House" and Ron worked part-time while attending HSC as a school bus driver. He was fresh out of the military then. We lost touch for awhile but reconnected in the 80's and 90's and would meet for lunch occasionally. He's a good friend and a special person and will be missed by those of us who had the privilege of his friendship. My...

We are very sad to hear of Ron's passing. He was a kind man and will be missed by his Blue Lake family. We take solace in knowing his son's were there to greet him in heaven. Rest in Peace Mr. Brunson.
