will always remember Ron as a man of both intellect and kindness. As an English professor, he had a remarkable gift for words and insight, and as a neighbor, he was thoughtful and genuine in every interaction. His passion for running reflected the energy and discipline he carried into all areas of his life. He will be deeply missed, but his presence and example will remain an inspiration.

I worked with Ron at SLCC. He was always extraordinarily kind, and happy. He was a phenomenal instructor, colleague, and friend. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Love, light, and comfort to his family and friends.
