Not sure what to say?

A most talented gentleman that was always entertaining in person and on recording sessions .We all miss you Ron and I was lucky enough to work with you and your singing talents in the studios here in Music CITY USA. Johnny Howard/ Producer ..50 States Records Nashville, Tennessee.

I was shocked, as everyone else was, to hear of Ron's death. He was a true constant here in the Valley for years and years. I had the pleasure of working with him many times and was always blown away with his singing ability and musicianship. I have so many great memories that I can carry with me always. He always made me smile.

Ron, I love you and you will always be in my mind.

To my life long friend, save a place for me, we will jam again. I Love you!

Sue and Family, what can I say. He will be missed. I know when I first heard Ron play the drums and then sing like he did, I couldn't belive what I was hearing. Ron you were one of the best of the best. I will miss you. See you at the house.

What a voice !!! The Phoenix music scene just lost a true original, he will be missed. My thoughts & prayers go out to his family.

Butch - we are gonna miss you. One of the greatest voices and did the very best Gaby Hayes imitation, ever. Such a special guy and such wonderful memories. To Ron's family goes our deepest sympathy.

I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Rags Allen informed me that Ron had had a heart attack, however, I wasn't aware of how serious it was. My deepest sympathy to his family and may you find comfort from the Lord, your loved ones and your friends. With Deepest Sympathy....

Ron was a prolific song writer and country music singer from the early days of Country Western Music. He pioneered music with other known top artists in the Valley who have gone on to infamy, yet he remained in the background. His music will live forever in the hearts of all of us. For any of you that have played or jamed with Ron, you know what I mean. He wrote and played from his heart, and God Bless.

I knew Ron from Shanes,Dals and Mr. Magoo's when he played with Dal Perkins..He will be greatly missed.
