Not sure what to say?

A long time friend who was always there to lend a helping hand and gather friends together to celebrate life. And Ron knew how to celebrate life. The last time I saw him was at my front door step, making amends. I think of him often and am deeply sorry for his passing. I wish the very best to his family and hope the emptiness they feel now will soon be replaced with the best and happiest of moments they had together.

Dear Cori & Family,

So very sorry for your loss. I have zillions of wonderful memories of Ron from the MJCC Deli and also of your family as I was a teacher at the PJA. “May his soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life” Samuel 25/29

Dear Cori and Ben,
I was so sad to see the post about Ron on the Wilson (Wells) HS Facebook page. The whole community loved Ron and your whole sweet family! We have so many wonderful memories gathering at the deli everyday...still think about the french fries too! Thinking of you and sending lots of love!!!❤

Ron was one of the dearest men Skip and I have known in Portland, a quick laugh and an even quicker smile that made the world a better place. We will miss seeing him on the golf course and at the market. His love for Cori and Ben endures. We wish Cori and Ben to be comforted by knowing that Ron remains with them through their shared treasured memories.

I have great memories of Ron at Ron's Deli at the MJCC and all the lunches he prepared for my sons while they were students at PJA, taking over my "mother job" as I hated making lunches to go. I remember the talks we had during that time. Whenever I would walk into my local New Seasons I would think about Ron and what he was doing, as I had heard that he was working at New Seasons. So sorry to hear about his death. I know he left you with good memories.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. I met Ron at Wilson High and we became friends. I later met Kathy, Rons' sister, and became closer to the family. We lost touch over the years. So sorry to hear of his passing.

I knew Ron from the time we were classmates at Hayhurst grade school all the way through high school. He was always positive and fun to be around.

We r so so sorry for your loss.
Ron & Gerry had so many great times. Ron's humor & laugh & kindness was always there.
He will be dearly missed our condolences to Cori & Benjamin
Love you, Meme & Gerry
