Not sure what to say?

Mr. Archibald was one of the kindest people I met in Las Vegas. During the last year or so before his retirement in the 1990's he asked me to substitute teach on occasion for his classes. His students loved him and he helped mold them into better musicians and human beings. What a wonderful, kind, generous man. RIP

Mr Archibald was one of the kindest, if not the kindest teachers that the students at Jim Bridger middle school could ever have. He was a fantastic and patient orchestra teacher who transcended the role to reach students that were from backgrounds in the 90's that other teachers ignored. He had the gift of acknowledging that even though his students couldn't afford the best instruments or private lessons, they were just as talented and worthy as any other orchestra. Thank you Mr Archibald for...

Because of Ronald I played in one of his string quartets. He was a good friend and a wonderful musician. I still with several of his friends and we all really miss him.

I was a student in Mr. Archibald's orchestra at Jim Bridger Junior High School and Rancho High School in Las Vegas. I had the privlege to serve as his concert mistress from 6th -12th grade. I have been looking for him for a number of years with the hopes of being able to tell him the huge impact he has had on my life. He believed in me when no one else did. He taught me so much about music and musicianship. Most of all he taught me about basic human decency and kindness. Although I was a...

I tried to keep my promise to invite you to my wedding. I'm grateful to know you were there in spirit, Ron. Parental Alienation was easier when we could chat together about it. I hope I was able to bring the same level of comfort you gave me. Thank you for your leadership and friendship. I look forward to being in one of your music groups in the next life.

We loved brother Archibald ! He was in our ward/neighborhood and me and my son visited him often. He would never send us home empty handed, sending us with a puzzle, magazine or toy. He was a great friend. We got to go to McDonalds breakfast occasionally. He was a good neighbor and good friend to all. We loved listening to him play the piano! He would often try to teach us. So sad we just found of his passing. He was very loved!

Even though brother Archibald was in a different ward, he was always willing to help out with the organ in the south Cottonwood ward. He was a lovely man and a beautiful musician. I will always be grateful for his willingness to serve.

Thank you for your patience, Ronald, with my violin and me. You made me a better person.

I really enjoyed playing in Ron's East High Orchestra with the wonderful Archibald girls. Thanks for being such a delightful part of my growing up. Lots of love to all of the Archibalds!
