Mr. Bacon was my favorite teacher. He was my 4th grade teacher at Mary Daly Elementary in Elkhart, had to have been 1969-1970. I never forgot him. At the end of the year, I was one of three students that was chosen by him for a helicopter ride around Elkhart RIP Mr. Bacon
