Peacefully on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 Ronald Banks went home to be with the Lord. Family and friends will unite on Wednesday, April 20, from 9 A.M. until time of service 9:30 A.M. here at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery of Cheltenham, MD.
