Not sure what to say?

Ron and I began our ministries at the same time. His 'first Assignment was Pleasant Valley in Dayton, Ohio. Mine was Huber Heights in Dayton also. We shared our problems and difficulties together. My wife Jeannine and his wife Shirley became close life long friends. Jeannine and I visited Ron and Shirley when they went to Western Hills Church of the Nazarene. The Church property was high over Cinn. Ohio and we sat outside in the evening and looked down the hill and we could see the Reds play,...

Precious Barber Girls:
Thinking of you tonight and praying you're finding your way through this Valley of the shadow of death. The journey is at times hard... God is your only Guide! I know how you've been taught and I know you'll keep following the same God your Dad taught! It's early yet to have made much progress... we feel like we're doing okay and suddenly it hits us... just had that happen to me over Chuck a couple hours ago... it's okay when those times come... and they...

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Ron Barber began pastoring the same year as I did on the Southwestern Ohio district in 1961. He was my very dear friend as was Shirley to my wife Jeannine. Ron and I shared notes on our very first Church. He and Shirely were at Pleasant Valley and we were at the newly organized Huber Heights in Dayton, Ohio. I loved both his mom and dad, as he called his dad the "Great White Chief". In the picture Ron looks a lot like his dad. We will miss him. We will by...

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. We loved him so! Always made us laugh even while myteaching us so much! thank you for sharing him with us?

Bettie, Rhonda, Sherry, and family,
Dan and I have wonderful memories of your mom and dad and all of you from our days at Vandalia. It was your mom who got us together in the first place, and your dad performed our wedding ceremony. We know you will miss him so much, but we are happy he is back with his love, Shirley, again. Heaven is rejoicing at his homegoing.

Bettie, Rhonda and Sherry, we were so sorry to hear of you losing your Dad! there are no words that can comfort at a time like this in your lives! The pain of your loss is so great! Yet, we know by experience that God can give a "Special Peace" at a time like this. It was only that peace that helped us during our recent loss of our son, Chuck whom you girls knew and attended church together. It is a Sweet Peace like no other coming only from our God. Praying for each of you girls along with...

He was a tremendous Pastor & friend! Jennie & I will never forget the help & guidance he gave to us, when I was called into the Ministry.

Other than my parents he was the first person who taught me how to walk with God. I will never forget all that he did personally for my family. I am sure that he is suffering no longer and having the time of his life.

This was and will be My Pastor. Friend, encourager, counselor, example, another one I want to see in Blue Ash Corner in heaven.
