Thank you Ron for inspirational writing, reporting, ethical journalism, unending kindness, wicked sense of humor, fun and prankster. (Always checked our chairs and desk drawers). So proud of his family and communities. Big supporter of high school sports as well as PSU sports. A legend in Centre County, Central PA, and USA.

Ron was the CDT's sports editor when I became president/publisher of the newspaper in November 1981, right smack in the middle of PSU's splendid football season (10-2, Todd Blackledge, Curt Warner, finished # 3 nationally).
