I worked with Ron at JCPenney in the "Harrisburg East Mall" for 10 years in the late 70's & early 80's, before I transferred to the York store. Ron was a REAL character; his Pittsburgh accent was distinct and unmistakable; I am chuckling as I write this message; everyone had MANY laughs working with Ron; there were many rolling of the eyes! You never knew what Ron was going to do next! He was an impeccably neat and sharp dresser; a scurried walker, a no-no-nonsense, good-hearted ...

I worked with Ron at JC Penny in the 70's. We played golf. drank beer, watched Steelers Football. Ron and I fished several times but I was never on the boat that was in the storm. He was a good man.
