Not sure what to say?

David, Jeff and Mike,

I am sorry to hear of your loss. When I think of our time spent going to football games in high school with your Dad, David I can't help but smile! Your Dad is/was a great man! I am sure he is missed by all. Sorry that this message is coming to you so late but your family was on my mind today and I ran across the obituary. I am sorry I wasn't there to pay my last respects in person.

A quiet and effective man; a personable man; best law partner my father could have asked for. He was an accomplished man. He endured personal tragedy and kept going. He was a thoughtful man like my father. He was a father of three accomplished sons. He did not shirk tasks and did not judge people harshly but had empathy. He was great to have lunch with and great to listen to. He was a favorite of our family. Splendid behavior. RIP Ron.

Ronald Carowitz will be sadly missed. He was an incredible attorney, father, friend and boss. His close relationship with my father, Albert J. Russell, was such a wonderful part of his life. His kindness and understanding never failed. I had the distinct pleasure of working for him (briefly) and working for his firm for several years. His pride and joy were his 3 sons and the wonderful words he loved to share regarding his family were always inspirational. He will be missed by so many. ...

My condolences to you and your family. Praying for you!

Our family knew and appreciated Ron well as he was such a long term friend and close associate of my father Al Russell. As a teenager I remember many times that I tagged along with my father so he could work out of his car on the way to a deposition somewhere in Michigan. Sometimes we had a lunch including Ron. I also visited Ron at his Saddlebag Estate. He always talked about his sons who were succeeding well out of state. I think Ron enjoyed needling AJR through me as Ron and I were...

My sincerest apologies. I just heard the news. Your family was such an important part of helping me to become the person that I now am.I look back fondly on the time I was able to spend with your family and think of you all often. Memories of the goldfish, King Carowitz, the chalkboard messages, and Jeff's landscaping projects will forever be cherished. Each of you were so unique but you all possessed the best attributes of your father: his sense of humor, his intellect, and his caring heart....

I willl miss you much. youand Marilyn were our first and longest friends when we moved to GR thoose many yeaars ago

To Jeff and family of Ron Carowitz, Kaye and I send our deepest regards. Unfortunately, we are just hearing of Ron's passing and are sorry to not have extended our sympathy in person.

When we built our home on Burning Tree, in 1976, your family were some of the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. Over the years, During an occasional meeting, Ron would catch us up on the whereabouts of the boys, and share words of wisdom about current events, etc.

Much love to the familt

To Jeff and the entire Carowitz family, you are in my thoughts. So sorry I didn't see the obituary until today. I would have wanted to be there to see you. Condolences from the Ottawa Hills Class of 1987.
