Ron, your sermons were always interesting and taught me more than any I have heard in the last 30 years. I miss your style and down to earth approach. I think about you often. Rest in peace.

My father goes to rest today. I have no words of wisdom. You'll have to talk to God on that one. My words are full of pain. All of my love to my family. I'm sorry I couldn't be there. I hope you found me there in mind, spirit, heart. I was. Will always be. Long after I'm gone. I'm a Couch, and that's a good thing to be. There's nothing better.

Ron was my pastor at Ivanhoe UCC - he could preach a sermon like to other. He taught me a lot. I will always think fondly of Ron..My prayers for your family.
