Not sure what to say?

You were 1 of my favorite teachers at WMY. I still remember that rhyme/riddle you made up for us to remember what we were studying. Thank you for everything you've taught me. May you rest in peace.

My family and I lived across the hall from Ron for the past two years. I was inspired and in awe of him at age 77 regularly going on bike rides, caring extensively for his patio flowers, grilling dinner on the porch, meticulously washing his car, watching action movies late into the night, volunteering trimming the community hedges. He loved life and it was contagious. But what most impressed me was his kindness and gentleness. I´ve never had such a neighbor and i feel so lucky to have been...

Mr. Clarke was my 6th grade teacher at Fullerton. He changed my whole way of thinking and introduced me to my love of books. Till this day I consider him the best teacher I ever had. You will be missed!!

Your WMY family loves you and we appreciate our journey with you. You are now on a new journey may peace be with your soul and family

I had the pleasure of working with Ron at Whitney Young. May I say that the obituary was written perfectly. He was complex, and brilliant and KIND. I was always struck by his compassion and advocacy for social justice. Thank you, Ron! You will be missed.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. Ron and I have been friends since we met at Allegheny. I am overcome with grief and I would very much like to touch base with Christine and Donna. Please contact me at [email protected] Sally Swan

I am so sorry to hear of your brother's passing, God Bless you Ruth Kajder

With deepest condolences to the Stewart family and Marilynne Zigman.

Ron was a special guy! He was as smart as they come yet still had a common touch. As I got to know him it was so easy to see his concern for people - all people! He wanted to make the world a better place for everyone. I could see his brilliance from working with him on some of the issues we were experiencing as condo owners. His skills were extraordinary on all fronts! Ron’s passing came as a total surprise...

What a wonderful man! He taught both of my daughters at Fullerton and Whitney Young, and they adored him! I continued to run into him at Heinens ( I worked there) and we maintained a friendship. My sincerest condolences to the family for this great loss. He will be deeply missed.
