Not sure what to say?

Ron was a excellent fisherman and was in the Navy. We all miss Ron and he will never be forgotten. I want to thank Ron for his service. My son went to visit Ron and they talk about the old way and the new way of doing things in the Military. They talk fir hours and I just sat there listening to there Conversation. RIP in peace Ron.

As a member of the 1962 CIF champion Crawford Colt baseball team, I can unequivocally say that we would not have won without Ron. I considered him our most valuable player. He was a quiet teammate who did his talking on the field. I must say I am not surprised by his distinguished professional career. He lives on in the memories of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

A good man with a great sense of humor. My first boss at VF - 154. My belated condolences to the family.

Very shocking to hear about Ron's passing. Served with him at three different commands, El Centro CA ,China Lake CA, and on the U.S.S. Independance. Outstanding military officer and a great friend. Many flights together a true professional. But there was always time to have fun. I enjoyed playing softball with him on base where he was the best. GOD speed.

I am very sad to here about Ron, I met him from a good friend Mike Wachtel and stay at his house in Cal. We went on a 10-day fishing trip and I will never forget how Ron treated me and help me learn how to fish. His wife Marryjo also treated me like a king at there house. I hope that I can meet his kids one day. I know that this has been 4 years ago that Ron has pass. I just wanted to say that he was a great guy to hang out and I never laugh so much on our fishing trip. I will miss a good...

I am heart broken to find out about the passing of my first cousin Ron on the internet, God bless Mary Jo, Steven, and Laurie, my prayers are with you...

I'm very sorry to hear of Ronnie's death. He was probably most responsible for Crawford winning the 1962 CIF baseball championship. With Ronnie's passing, along previously with John Allison and Eddie Herrmann, we've lost a large part of the heart of our great team. My deepest sympathies to his family.

So very sorry to read of Ron's passing. My late husband, Dave Elliott, and I met both of you in the early '70's in Meridian while training there. Steven was just a baby and we lived in the same apt. complex. Seeing Ron's picture brought back so many happy memories with both of you at that time. I know he will be missed by all who knew him well especially you, Mary Jo.
Will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
