RIP Mr. D

RIP Mr. Ron Davis

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Dear Sharon,
I just saw this online while trying to reach you, and am so sorry that I did not know of Ronald's passing.
Dorothy

Ron was a good friend and mentor. We had so much fun working together, especially when we were putting together the retirement/Christmas dinners for the 006th District. Rest in Heaven, my good friend.

I would like to share my memory of Mr. Davis I grew up 5 houses down from down the alley and thru the backyard. I remember when I used to go get Cregg to come out and play and Mr.Davis used to always tell me to look out for Cregg. Mr. Davis knew that I was a little ruff around the edges but he accepted me with open arms and I will always love him for that. RIP Mr. Davis

When I was growing up I always felt like I had a second father in Ronald. In those early years we (Cregg, Marc, Kenny) always had what's called a healthy fear of his discipline. Ha. But it was always balanced with love. Ronald taught me how to swim, was my first baseball coach, and along with my Dad introduced me to golf. Unforgettable memories.... As I grew older, he was always there to listen and give advice, but never judge. I've come to realize it's because he had pretty much seen it all...
