Not sure what to say?

Still thinking of Ron and his family.
He was such a good neighbor to the community and is missed...

We have known Ron and Betty for years through San Carlos UMC. Betty, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss.

My life was greatly enriched in my friendship with Ron. He made me smile and laugh and understand that even though on our life's journey we can't help everyone - we can help someone......and I felt like he chose me! I'm glad I was a small part of his life and a friend to his devoted wife Betty, too. ~ Jillian Barnard

Ron was someone that could be called a true friend. He was always there for you if needed. We have so many special memories of his helping us build a house in descanso. He was a church friend that we were proud to have.
Even though since having moved we have not seen him often, we always knew we could call him anytime and be welcomed. And we will miss him

Aside from making me laugh, Ron made two things for me - a lovely metal butterfly and a beautifully crafted rolling pin. I told Betty when we knew the end was near that both have places of honor in my home. The sight of each makes me smile and I've learned that it is the good memories that last. Rest in peace, my friend; you earned it.

I met Ron when I moved into his neighborhood in 1991. . He was a man with the biggest heart and hands I had ever met. He was always there with a smile and a helping hand, from repairing sewer lines at midnight to shareing a joke and a cup of coffee. He will be
missed by my family and all of the Pine Drive Neighbors.

Ron was a good friend to me and all that knew him. He was unique in my experience as being bigger than life in everything he did. I will really miss him by knowing he is not out there telling another great story or thinking up another interesting project. I think he would get a great kick out of all this fuss and another story to tell. Have a great ride into the sunset, Ron.
