Not sure what to say?

Just dropping by to say that you have been an inspiration to me, and all who have met you. Charles & Judy Linenfelser

Anyone who met Ron knew they had met a special person. He was the template of how a person should live. Beset with personal medical issues one would never know the challenges he struggled with as he went through his daily life.

You are not forgotten. You made a difference in my life and many others. Charlie L

Rosemary, I'm so very sorry about your loss. Ron was the most warmhearted man I have ever known. Always positive and with fantastic generosity. I have often had Ron in my mind even though we lived on different continents. Some of the memories go back to the times we had while flying to "sun and fun" airshow in Florida and the fantastic vacation to Clearwater Beach. I will miss him a lot.

We are so very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Indeed, he was a good and caring friend. We met Ron and Rosemary in Florida years ago, and every year we renewed our acquaintance on our annual fishing vacations. Rosemary....so sorry for your loss. Nick and Alice Ellis

Ronnie was Daddy's best friend, and some of my most cherished childhood memories include him - getting to go fishing with Daddy and Ronnie, getting to go to Ronnie and Rose's house, going to Florida on vacation at the same time as Ronnie and Rose and some of their family members. I remember Ronnie making stick characters out of pipe cleaners for me and trying to get me to eat those crazy sandwiches he made with lettuce, tomato and peanut butter. Later on, Ronnie made my son's first shoes...

Rosemary, Me and David are so sorry for your loss.. After I started working up on the 9th floor of CRMH I used to see Ron all the time.. He was such a wonderful man, always had a smile and ready to cheer you up when you were down, never complained about whether he was feeling bad. I will miss him dearly. We still have those 2 chairs y'all gave us when we wallpapered for you a few years ago. He will be missed by many people including me. God Bless you and the family.

I knew Ronnie because he was a good friend of my parents, Rick and Sue Campbell, for many years. I remember going over to Roanoke Orthopedic Appliance where my dad, Rick, worked with Ronnie before his passing in 1994. I also remember visiting Ronnie and Rosemary at their home when I was growing up. I never saw Ronnie Deaton without a smile and remember him very fondly through my parent's kind words about him and his family. He and my dad were good friends, who enjoyed fishing together! On...
