Ronnie and I had a great quail hunting friendship for several years while he and Stacy were here in PuntaGorda.
He was a lot of fun and always showed enthusiasm, hard work and determination to succeed in whatever his goals were. Not many people could obtain a law degree like he did. He was a heck of a marine. We will miss him dearly but heaven will be kicked up a notch with Ronnie there. My prayers are that the grace of God will help Stacey and the family thru their loss and these difficult times. God Bless the Dees family.

My name is Art Brennan
I go to Topeka Bible Church.
My condolences go to the family of the Dees.
I read about Ron and it touched my heart.
I just came back from mentoring boys at a Christian Boys camp in Michigan and Minnesota. i am an NRA instructor and assist with safety and 22 rifles with young boys. he otuched me in his passion for that himself.

I would like to have his legacy go on as a safety instructor. Is there any way that we can look at his safety guides and lesson to see if we can use them for safety in the future?

1 Corinthians 15:55-57 King James Version (KJV)
55O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

In His mysterious and infinite sovereignty, God often allows His finest saints to suffer more so, molding them into His perfect image.

My thoughts are with his family. The law school and the world are both a little darker without his bright personality. Rest In Peace professor, and thank you for all you did for me, my classmates, and the law school.

Psa 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.(ESV)

2Co 5:6 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord,
2Co 5:7 for we walk by faith, not by sight.
2Co 5:8 Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.(ESV)

May the Lord be a comfort to you during your time of grief.

I am very sorry to hear of Ron's death. I was told of his illness when I visited with my mother in Port Charlotte this past May. I was a classmate of his aunt, Sophia Howze Wondergem and remember his mother, Cynthia, from Charlotte High School.

Cynthia, take care and my prayers are with you and your family and Ron's family. Ron was well known and liked here in Topeka and especially, at Washburn Law.
