Not sure what to say?

I learned today, March 11, 2013 of Ron's death. I worked with Ron at Duncan Systems for just short of four years. During that time, Ron was a true champion for the company and was always asking how "we" could better the growing company. His way of looking into the hearts and minds of Duncan's employees was nothing short of amazing. Ron knew no strangers. He could down right pull words out of your mouth to make you talk.

I had just returned to work from a wonderful trip to Kona,...

We will miss Mr. Dole. We met him through Jennifer when my husband was in the hospital for surgery, they were talking about BBQ, she asked where we were located because she said "my dad loves BBQ" and from that day on we were friends. Ron was always a great source of encouragement and a joy to be around. He had a way of lifting everyones spirit when he would visit the PG shop. My only regret is not having gotten to know him better. My prayers are with his family and dear friends. Aloha.

A boss, a great friend, like a brother to me. I will miss him a great deal. Anne and I send our prayers to Ron's family.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. He was a man of strength and compassion. In these difficult times, my family is with you all in prayers and spirit.
The world has lost a very special person, and will never be able to fill the void that has been left behind. Just know this, I am always with you.
Be strong, and do his spirit the honor of carrying on his legacy of undiminished joy and passion.

Every memory I have of Uncle Ron brings a smile to my face. From my childhood all the way through seeing him just a couple years ago, every time I saw him he was smiling, joking, and telling great stories. He gave everyone a hard time, but for all the right reasons, and with nothing but love and good intentions. He was so supportive, and he seemed happiest when he was giving to others. It was easy to see how much he adored his family, and he was so proud of all of you. Our thoughts and...

Kelli: For as long as we were buds in school, I never met Ron but I remember your parents talking of him often. He sounded like quite a guy. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
