Dear Mary Evelyn and family, didn’t find out until today about Ron’s passing. Let me echo the words of our mutual friend, Timmy Shinn, and add a few of my own. I hadn’t seen Ron in quite some time, but I vividly remember him from our Rod’s days. Enormous personality, quietly commanded respect, and everyone gave it to him without hesitation. Thank you, Ron, for allowing me to be a part of your world, however big or small, trust I never took it for granted...
We shared a true, loyal friendship throughout the many years and as well a few cocktails...
Your Family has much to be proud of and carry with them until they one day, are reunited with you...

It was a pleasure to have spent some fun boyscouting years with you Ron. Those days were made more memorable with your presence. Thank you for the laughs and may you rest in peace. The boys have some great memories of all those camping trips. "Who is going to ride in the Ernish van?'

What a privilege to have known him, ALWAYS a smile, ALWAYS lit up a room when he came in. A man's man, the twinkle in his eye is something I will always remember. Travel easy my friend. My condolences to Mary Ev and family. He will be missed.
